I can honestly say we have never stayed in a more perfect place anywhere in the world! From the moment we arrived the staff were absolutely incredible! I have a disability and we brought our two little Kingcharles Cavaliers. The staff helped us so much and were all so friendly and welcoming. Our doggies even got a beautiful gift basket!. The food was absolutely fantastic. From the selection of amazing breakfast to the fresh fish of the day every meal was 5 star!. We didn't want to leave . The views of the Island are stunning, the room perfect. We can't thank the staff enough for an amazing stay. We will definitely be returning. Honestly the most relaxing trip we have ever experienced anywhere! Thank you so much to all the amazing staff at The Manor House.
This lovely hotel deserves 5 stars. Very friendly helpful staff. Beautiful room, comfortable bed. A perfect view of Rathlin Harbour. Breakfast and evening meals were delicious and superb. Fresh daily produce was the finest I would highly recommend to everyone an overnight stay
Spent a few nights here and was really surprised at how good it was. Friendliest staff I have ever met in any hotel worldwide. Shauna could not do enough to make my stay comfortable and the young girl was an excellent addition to the dining room staff. The food in the restaurant was delicious and extremely well presented. Due to time constraints, I would normally have missed breakfast but Shauna left Cereal and juice in the dining room. Much appreciated. Surprisingly , they put on a fry up breakfast at lunchtime for me The room was very comfortable and quiet with a fantastic view over the harbour. This hotel is highly recommended for any duration. My thanks to Shauna & Michael for making a short stay very memorable and enjoyable.
We didn't stay in the hotel, just used the restaurant. Extremely good and friendly service from start to finish. The food, beer and wine choice was fantastic. A table for 4, we all had a wonderful meal. The food was of a very high quality. Highly recommended. The wine was delicious
What a beautiful view from the room! We stayed only one night, but it was all amazing, cozy room, staff super friendly, very good location near the ferry and the bus that you can take up to the rathlin west seabird center. The breakfast was good, nice variety and we definitely recomend staying here if you come Rathlin Island.
Went to the manor for dinner whilst staying on Rathlin at the end of Seot 2025. The food was outstanding, very tasty indeed. The staff were very friendly. We sat for drinks in the foyer area afterwards and were never made to feel we had to leave. Returned the next morning for a snack/tea. sat outside in the sunshine overlooking the bay. Gorgeous spot. definietly recommend for the food and drink. A local business run by local people.
Absolutely perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. It’s a beautiful place (make sure to look at the hand rails if you go up to the second floor) and everyone was oh so friendly. When we told the proprietor we’d be leaving before they served breakfast she genuinely got concerned and she left sandwiches and yogurt and cereal specifically for us. We had a marvelous view of the sea right from our room and everything was perfect. The food at the Manor House’s restaurant was delicious and filling. It was just a short walk from the dock where the ferry dropped us off on Rathlin, and a short walk from shops, the co-op, the pub, and historical sites. I can’t wait to come back.
Unfortunately I did not stay in the Hotel. However they saved my friends and I from starving. We tried to get food in the Pub but they unfortunately closed the kitchen at 5pm on a Saturday evening (it was 7pm on the Friday). We asked the Manor House if they would be able to give us a takeaway box. They very kindly obliged, we had fish & chips and Sausage & chips. The staff were the friendliest and most hospitable people we had seen on Rathlin. If I was to come back I would make sure to stay here. Thanks to the Hotel for keeping us fed and watered for an evening.
